Montanabid Planholders List Training

This class will last about 1 hour and will cover how to use montanabid to manage your plan holders list and distribute electronic bidding documents to potential bidders. We will cover:

  • How to post your project
  • How to send out Addenda and other Project changes via Email
  • How to add Plan Holders to your project.
  • How to track project activity and view Builders Exchange activity

If Zoom is selected you will be sent instructions for joining the meeting via webinar. We use zoom.us as our webinar software. You will be able to join the session and interact with the group as if you are in person.
